iBelieve in Happiness is a software update for your mind.  It combines an ancient spiritual practice, cutting-edge brain imaging research, and iPhone convenience and connectivity. A positive affirmation is simply a statement which affirms something is true. With repetition the statement becomes stored in your mind, and starts to change your beliefs, influence your personality and behavior. Affirmation practices have been used for thousands of years and their positive effects are well documented but they can sometimes be difficult to implement and sustain, in our fast-paced lives.

iBelieve opens a dialogue with the unconscious in it’s own language (symbols/pictures), and simple, straightforward, first person affirmations (the unconscious speaks at a 5 year old level) in picture form.

This session is designed to quickly and deeply relax the listener, focusing on alpha/theta training as well as SMR training near the end, to give the user more control over relaxation, or to enable the user to reduce stress without the assistance of this session.

Don’t count reps, just repeat affirmations for 

2 seconds/ lift weights or body, and as

The binaural beat effect is the result of two slightly different audio waves being heard separately (with headphones) by the left and right ear in a manner that helps the brain to generate a specific unified brain wave pattern. The different tones and frequencies of the audio waves will help you relax by altering brain wave activity and increasing your ability to absorb the subliminal and supraliminal affirmations.  Supraliminal (“above conscious”) affirmations are a means of directly “coaching” the conscious mind.  Subliminal ("below conscious") affirmations are a means of sending commands directly to the subconscious mind, bypassing the more critical conscious mind.
